📊 Performance across countries

The “Performance across countries” view shows the latest monthly search volume and YoY growth for three countries: Germany 🇩🇪, USA 🇺🇸, and UK 🇬🇧.

Each section includes:

  • The monthly number of searches

  • The percentage change compared to the past 12 months (YOY)

  • A trend graph visualizing development over time

Trend Type – Definitions based on YoY Growth

  1. – EMERGING

    • Criteria: YoY Growth > 100%

    • Meaning: Search term has very strong growth – more than twice as many searches as last year.
      ​​

  2. – GROWING

    • Criteria: YoY Growth > 10% but ≤ 100%

    • Meaning: There is noticeable, sustained growth that is not explosive.
      ​

  3. – MATURE

    • Criteria: YoY Growth between 0.5% and 10% (inclusive)

    • Meaning: Search volume is stable with only slight growth.
      ​

  4. – DECLINING

    • Criteria: YoY Growth < 0.5%

    • Meaning: Search interest is declining or nearly stagnant compared to last year.

Monthly search volume

Monthly Search Volume refers to the number of search queries of the last tracked month.

  • Very low volume: usually a few thousand monthly searches (category-dependent).

  • Very high volume: several hundred thousand monthly searches.

What does “YoY Growth” mean?

Year-over-Year (YoY) Growth describes the percentage difference between the total search volume of the last 12 months and that of the 12 months before. It indicates how search interest has changed year-over-year.

The search volume reflects the latest recorded month.

📈 Growing Combinations

These are keyword combinations that have shown the strongest YoY growth over the past 12 months.
