With Portfolio Monitoring, you can:

Understand market-related insights – such as the number of active products, new launches, average prices, pack sizes, and top performers per product type.
Personalize your view – hide or show columns, sort and filter data (by category, ingredient, or e-tailer), switch between My Portfolio and Market Monitoring, and export data for reports or collaboration.
My Portfolio
The My Portfolio section provides a complete overview of all selected brands, products, and variants.
It combines general product information, performance metrics, and product characteristics in one interactive interface.
The goal is to maintain a clear overview of your portfolio at all times, monitor product developments, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
General Product Information
Brand
Shows the brand to which the product belongs.
Category
Displays the main product category, e.g., Skincare, Body, Hair, or Make-Up.
Subcategory
Indicates the specific application area of the product, such as Body Cleansing, Facial Care, or Hair Treatment.
Product Type
Describes the type of product, e.g., Cream, Serum, Shampoo, Lotion, or Scrub.
Variants
Shows the available packaging sizes or product variants, such as 50 ml, 200 ml, or 500 ml.
E-Tailers
Lists the online retailers where the product is available, such as Douglas, DM, Notino, or Rossmann.
GTINs
Displays the Global Trade Item Numbers (EAN/UPC), used for precise product identification.
Performance Data
Price Min
The lowest observed price across all connected retailers.
Price Max
The highest observed price during the reporting period.
Ratings Avg.
The average rating of the product based on consumer reviews.
Reviews
The total number of reviews collected across all e-tailers.
Positive Mentions
Number of positive mentions in reviews — e.g., compliments about scent, texture, or effectiveness.
Negative Mentions
Number of negative mentions — covering aspects such as price, tolerance, or usability issues.
E-Tailer Ranks (DM, Douglas, Müller, Rossmann)
Shows the product’s ranking on each retailer’s platform, providing insights into visibility and sales performance.

INCIs
Lists all declared ingredients according to the INCI nomenclature.

Shows the average price of all products within a category or subcategory, reflecting the segment’s price positioning.
Price Growth
Measures the percentage change in average price compared to the previous period, indicating whether the segment is trending higher or lower in price.
Top Sizes
Lists the most common pack sizes (e.g., 50 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml) to help understand standard formats and pricing patterns in the market.
Top Attributes
Shows the most frequently occurring product attributes such as “vegan,” “paraben-free,” or “fragrance-free.”
Top Effects
Displays the leading product effects within a category, such as “hydrating,” “anti-aging,” or “soothing.”
